La Hidatidosis ósea es una rara enfermedad endémica parasitaria que raramente afecta al hueso. Presentamos dos pacientes, en los cuales se halló de forma inesperada una"Equinococosis ósea", en el curso de un reemplazo protésico de cadera. |

Hydatid disease is a rare endemic parasitic disease that seldom involves the skeleton. We report two patient, in whom a total hip replacement operation resulted in an unsuspected Echinococcus infestation. |
