Resumen:
 Presentamos un caso de inestabilidad hemodinámica tras fractura no desplazada de rama púbica derecha,
en paciente no antiagregada ni anticoagulada, con sangrado activo intrapélvico que ocasionó por compresión
hidronefrosis bilateral con insuficiencia renal, requiriendo además de la embolización, cateterismo ureteral bilateral
y drenaje del hematoma.
Summary:
 We present a case of hemodynamic instability after nondisplaced fracture of right pubic ramus, in
non anticoagulated patient with active bleeding that caused compression intrapelvic, bilateral hydronephrosis with
renal failure, requiring further embolization, bilateral ureteral catheterization and drainage of the hematoma.
