Se presentan 86 casos de fractura compleja de húmero proximal tratados mediante reducción abierta y osteosíntesis con placa bloqueada. Los resultados fueron buenos en la mayor parte de los pacientes. Los autores analizan los factores que han influido en los resultados del tratamiento. |
Summary: |
86 cases of complex fracture of the proximal humerus are presented. They were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with a locking plate. The results were satisfactory at most of the patients. The authors analyze the factors that have influenced the results of this treatment. |
