Resumen:
 Se presenta el caso de un niño varón de 6 años que tras presentar una clínica de claudicación a la
marcha progresiva durante 3 meses, sin antecedente de traumatismo, es diagnosticado de fractura patológica de cuello
femoral izquierdo en el contexto de un síndrome de Mc Cune Albright. Se realiza también un análisis del diagnóstico,
seguimiento y las opciones terapéuticas de esta rara enfermedad.
Summary:
 A case of a boy of 6 years old after presenting a progress claudicating over 3 months, no history of
trauma, is diagnosed with pathological fracture of left femoral neck in the context of Mc Cune Albright syndrome.
An analysis of the diagnosis, monitoring and treatment options of this rare disease is also performed.
