 Presentamos los resultados del tratamiento de 50 fracturas de la extremidad inferior del fémur. Sugerimos que la combinación de diversas técnicas terapéuticas produce mejores resultados que la utilización de una técnica standard.

We study the results of the treatment of fifty fractures of the distal third of the femur. We suggest that a combination of several therapeutic techniques could produce better results than the use of a standard method
