Resumen:
 Se realiza un estudio sobre una serie de 18 enfermos afectos de gangrena gaseosa, expresando los criterios de diagnóstico y tratamiento en la práctica civil que seguimos en la Unidad de Sépticos.
Destacamos el interés del diagnóstico clínico precoz y valoramos los distintos medios terapéuticos.
Se presentan los resultados obtenidos.
Summary:
18 patiellts with gaseous g,angrene treated in a special Septic Unit were studied.
The treatment used and the importance of early diagnosis are considered.
