Resumen:
 Se estudian 102 casos de fracturas supra e intercondíleas de húmero, clasificadas con el criterio de Lagrange y Rieboroug.
Se considera el tratamiento en función del tipo de fractura y de la edad del paciente: Reducción e inmovilización con enyesado y ostreosíntesis con aguja y osteosíntesis a cielo abierto por vía posterior.
Summary:
 102 cases of supra and interchondilea fractures of the Humerus are analysed following the Lagrange and Riseboroug classification.
The treatment method was reducíion and immovilisation, either with closed method with Kirschner wire or with plates by posterior approach.
