Resumen:
 A propósito de un caso de ganglión de cadera derecha hemos revisado la literatura. Se trata de una tumüración de partes blandas muy rara. En nuestro caso no iba asociado a coxopatía. Se trata de un tumor inguinal y hay que hacer diagnóstico diferencial con una hernia o aneurisma de la femoral.
Summary:
 One case of a ganglión of the hip joint is reported. The problems of diagnosis are discussed. Therapy consist of resection of the cystic tumor, and careful closure of the hip joint capsula will prevent recurrence.
