Resumen:
 Se estudian la evolución y resultados al año y medio de 90 fracturas de calcáneo, producidas la mayoría de ellas por caídas. Se ha seguido la clasificación de Merle D'Aubigné y se valoran los resultados obtenidos con los distintos métodos de tratamiento. Los resultados más favorables fueron con el método funcional y el de Ehalt.
La secuela más importante fue la compresión en la vaina de los peróneos.
Summary:
 Ninety cases of fracture of Os Calcis are reported with a follow-up of 18 months. The Merle D''Aubigne''s classification was followed. The different usual methods of treatment were used. The best results were obtained with tbe functional method aod the Ehalt''s method.
Compression on the sheat of the peroneo was the most frequent sequelae.
