Se analizan 179 fracturas de tobillo tratadas en los últimos tres años, divididas en dos grupos, unas tratadas ortopédicamente y las otras quirúrgicamente. Se han clasificado según Weber. Las fracturas supra-sindesmosales deben ser tratadas todas quirúrgicamente. Las lesiones ligamentosas constituyen siempre una lesión asociada a considerar. |
Summary: |
179 ankle fractures treated along the last three years are reported. They were divided in two large groups: one received orthopaedic treatment and the other one surgical treatment. The Weber's classification was used. The surgical treatment proved to be the most useful on the supra-syodesmol fractures. |
