Resumen:
 Se presenta un caso de quiste óseo epidermoide que afecta de forma simultánea a las falanges distales del primero y quinto dedos de la mano derecha y que por sus características puede considerarse sin antecedentes en la literatura.
El proceso fue resuelto mediante amputación y curetaje respectivamente.
Summary:
 A case of simultaneous epidermal cysts in the digital phalanges of the thumb and tittle fingers of the right hand is reported. It can be considered very uncommon.
The treatment was amputation and curettage.
