Se presenta un caso de espondilolistesis de columna cervical (núm. 14), después de hacer una revisión de la literatura. Se dedica especial atención a los conceptos de inestabilidad cervical y su necesaria fusión quirúrgica. Un estudio radiológico funcional de la columna cervical se llevó a cabo y la fusión quirúrgica no fue considerada. |
Summary: |
A new case of Spondylolisthesis in the cervical spine is reported, being the number 14 of the published cases, up till now. The instability of the cervical spine and the necessity of surgical lusion was cOnsidered, but functional roentgenographic examination proved the cervical spine to be stable enough, and surgical lusion was not necessary. |
