 Se presenta ante los traumatismos graves de mano la necesidad de una sistematización introduciendo una figura nueva en la clasificación de Tubiana. Se presenta un ejemplo de esta quinta mano resaltando la importancia de la acción vicariante de un pulgar conservado.
Summary:
In the presence of grave hand traumatism, we need a systematic way of therapy introducing a new figure in tbe Tubiana classification. We present an example in this 5th hand wanting to emphasize tbe main importance of  this
replaceable action in the preserved tbumb.
