Resumen:
 Se revisan tres casos de pseudo-pseudo-hipoparatiroidismo, haciendo una revisión bibliográfica del mismo y el diagnóstico diferencial del síndrome de Albright.
Summary:
 Three cases of pseudo-pseudo-hypoparathyroidism with skeletal lesions but without analytic and bioelectrical changes, are presented. The autors make a bibliographycal revision and the diferential diagnosis of the Albright's syndrome.
