Resumen:
 HemOS realizado autotransfusión intracperatoria en 22 pacientes que presentaban lesiones traumáticas. Se estudian las indicaciones, contraindicaciones y complicaciones de esta técnica así como los medios empleados para realizarla. Los pacientes se dividen en des grupos según que la autotransfusión realizada
fuera mayor o menor de 2.000 ml. Se observan las diferentes alteraciones en ambos grupos de los elementos formes de la sangre así como del estado de la coagulación sanguínea.
Summary:
 Intraoperative autotransiusion in 22 patients with traumatic lesions have been carried aut.
The indicatinns contraindications and complications of this technique, as well as the means to accoimplish it, are studied. According to wheter the autotransfusion was over of under 2.000 ml, a classification of the patients in two groups is made. The difierent alterations of the cellular elements of the blond, as well as the condition of the blood coagulation are observed.
