Resumen:
 Se revisan 104 casos de fracturas pertrocantéreas tratadas según la técnica de Ender, cuya evolución postoperatoria y resultados se analizan a los 12 meses.
Summary:
 104 cases of Trocanterea fractures of the femur treated by close-nailing with the Ender's technique, are reported. The early results and follow-up up to the 12th month are analysed.
