El estudio de los 300 casos de fracturas de los huesos apendiculares tratados mediante los yesos funcionales por nuestra Unidad desde 1972, en sus aspectos mecánico y biomecánico, han fructificado con la interpretación de los factores de estabilidad, osteogénicos y de desinhibición. Hemos creado el concepto de «compacidad uniforme» que debe tener todo yeso u ortesis funcional. Se introduce el nuevo concepto de «absorción de los esfuerzos de compresión» y «absorción de los momentos flectores» por el efecto de rozamiento. Por último se detalla la sistemática de la técnica a seguir para la confección del yeso funcional en el miembro inferior. |
Summary: |
The study of the 300 cases of fractures of appendicular bones treated with functional casts by our Unit since 1972, in their mechanics and biomechanics, have benefited by the interpretation of the stability factors, osteogenetics , and the unrestriction. We have created the concept of «Uniform Compactness» that all cast and functional orthesis must have. One ontroduces the new concept of «Absorption of the Compression Forces» and «Absorption of the Flexor Moment» by the Chafing Effect. With the latter one developes the technics followed by the functional cast-brace in the lower member. |
