Resumen: |
Se describe un caso de luxación recidivante de codo. Se estudian los posibles mecanismos que llevan a la recidiva y las técnicas quirúrgicas para su tratanmiento obteniendo un excelente resultado mediante al trotomía, extracción de cuerpos libres y transferencia del tendón del bíceps a la coronoides cubital. Finalmente se hacen recomendaciones respecto al tratamiento de la luxación inicial. |

A case of recurrent dislocation of elbow is reported the mecanism of the recurrent and suitable surgical treatment is considered. |
