Resumen:
 Presentamos un caso de luxación dorsal doble de las articulaciones interfalángicas en el quinto dedo de la mano, debido a un mecanismo en hiperextensión. El tratamiento consistió en una reducción cerrada de ambas articulaciones, que resultaron estables, lo que permitió una inmovilización reducida en el tiempo, con rehabilitación precoz y recuperación funcional completa.
Summary:
 A case of double dorsal dislocation of the interphalangeal joints of the left hand's little finger is presented. This injury is due to a hyperextension mechanism. The treatment consisted of a closed reduction of both joints, that were stable, which allowed a short-time ¡mmobilization and early rehabilitation resulting a complete functional recovery.
