Es sabido que la adecuada corrección de las deformidades axiales de las diáfisis mejoran las alteraciones producidas en las articulaciones vecinas. Los autores describen una técnica de osteotomía que proporciona correcciones satisfactorias y que no requieren osteosintesis. |

It is well known that satisfactory correction of all axial deforrnities of the long bones shaft improves the changes in the nearby joints. The authors describe an osteotomy which gives a good correction without internal fixation. |
