Resumen:
 Bajo la concepción actual de los mecanismos del dolor, el autor expone los diferentes problemas de las cervicobraquialgias de origen central estudiando su etiología, sintomatología, diagnóstico diferencial y posibilidades terapéuticas. Se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica exhaustiva de estos problemas,
intentando profundizar en la explicación fisiopatológica de cada punto.
Summary:
 The mechanism of cervical and arm pain from a central origin is considered: etiology sympthomatoly diagnosis and possible treatment. The clínical findings and the study of the available bibliography gives some explanation regarding certain points of this problem.
