 Se describe la inervación de la vértebra, ligamentos, duramadre y disco intervertebral. Se señala la importancia del dolor referido en las lesiones osteodiscofgamentoarticulares. Se comenta la importancia de la espondilolistesis, la estenosis del canal lumbar, la espondilosis y otras anomalías vertebrales en la etiología de la lumbociática, Hacemos una breve descripción de la espondilitis anquilosante.
