Resumen:
 A propósito de la reciente observación de un caso de acropatía ulceromutilante no familiar, tratado con buen resultado terapéutico con simpatectomía lumbar, hacemos una revisión bibliográfica del problema, poniendo especial énfasis en el cuadro clínico, en el diagnóstico diferencial de los diferentes cuadros que cursan con acropatías úlceromutilantes y en la anatomía patológica de los ganglios lumbares afectados.
Summary:
 With reference to recent observation of an un usual case of ulceromutilant acropathy, treated with good therapeutic results by a lumbar simpatectomy, a revision is made of the bibliography of the problem, placing special emphasis on the clinical aspects, on the diferential diagnosis of the different types of illness with accornpany ulceromutilant acropathy. Lastly on the pathological anatomy of the affected lumbar ganglions
