Se hace una revisión bibliográfica sobre el cartílago articular, haciendo especial referencia a su estructura y metabolismo. Aconsejamos para su estudio diversas técnicas, algunas de las cuales han sido realizadas en nuestro Servicio, como son la microscopía óptica y electrónica, la autorradiografía y el «scanning» del cartílago articular. |

A review of the literature about some aspects of articular cartilage is made with special interest on its structure and metabolism. The following techniques are described : optical and electronical microscopy, radioautography and scanning electronical microscopy that we have used in our Departament. |
