Resumen:
 Se publica un caso de síndrome del nervio supraescapular, con su sintoma tología clínica y especialmente el diagnóst1ico electromiográfico.
El tratamiento aconsejado es la liberación quirúrgica del nervio a nivel de la escotadura coracoidea cuando el tratamiento médico haya fracasado.
Summary:
 A case of nervous supraescapular entrapement is published, its clinical signs and the diagnosis value of the electromiography. The most suitable treatment is to free the nerve at the coracoides nook when the medical treatment has failed.
