 Se presenta un caso de quiste hemofílico de tibia, que se caracteriza por ser de gran tamaño, de localización diafisaria, muy destructivo y de evolución benigna. Parece corresponder al quinto caso de la literatura mundial en esta localización.
Summary:
 A case of big haemophilic cyst of the bone, sited in the shaft of the tibia, is being reported. The localization is rare, as very few cases have been found in the bibliography
