 Los autores abordan el tratamiento de las fracturas de diáfisis del fémur en el niño de edad inferior a 7 años, con la experiencia de 72 casos tratados por métodos cerrados, considerando las posibles complicaciones y errores.
Summary:
 An approach to the treatment of fractures of the shaft of the femur in children under seven years old is reported over the experience of 72 cases treated exclusively by closed methods. The complications and pitfalls are considered.
