Resumen: |
Se presenta un osteosarcoma periostal en un varón de 9 años localizado en la cara externa del muslo derecho de dos lneses de evolución, que puede considerarse el 31 caso publicado en la bibliografía. Se hace una descripción clínica, radiológica e histopatológica del tumor, estableciendo el diagnóstico diferencial con otros tumores yuxtacorticales. Se recoge la bibliografía sobre este tumor. |
Summary: |
The authors report a Periosteal Osteosarcoma localised on the upper end of the femur treated by hip desarticulation, in a boy 9 years old. This can be considered as number 31 of all the reported cases. The clinical, radiological and histological findings are reported. The available bibliography is coHected. |
