Resumen:
 Presentamos un caso de afectación simultánea de necrosis cefálica primitiva femoral y humeral en un paciente varón de 42 años.
Si el carácter multifocal es estimativo en el caso de necrosis barotraumáticas y postcorticoideas, este hallazgo es raro en el grupo llamado idiopático o primario.
Summary:
 A new case of avascular necrosis of the head of the femur and humerus, simultaneously, is reported, in a male forty two years old.
