Se aborda el problema de las fracturas supracondilares puras del fémur sin afectación articular, fundado en la experiencia de 141 casos tratados, en su aspecto de mecanismos, anatomía patológica y repercusiones que pueden tener en la rodilla, tanto su tratamiento como su evolución. Se hace un estudio de los métodos ortopédicos y características, sobre las bases anatomoclínicas, deduciendo sus respectivas indicaciones y los resultados obtenidos. |
Summary: |
The experience of 141 cases of suprachondilae fractures of the femur no affecting the joint, are being collected. Their mechanism, desplacement of the fragments and consecuences on the knee along its treatment and results are considered. Closed and open treatment are discussed, accordingly to their indications and final results. |
