Un nuevo caso de la poco frecuente fractura escafoides/hueso grande se describe; dentro de la rareza de la misma, este caso aporta el tener además una fractura del piramidal, no recogido en la literatura revisada. |

The naviculo-capitate fracture syndrome is a very uncommon injury. This case reported is still more uncommon, the authors not having foun any similar case in the reviewed bibliography, a naviculo-capitate fracture syndrome with fracture of triquetum. |
