Resumen:
 Hemos controlado doce rodillas correspondientes a ocho pacientes afectos de luxación recidivante de rotula, con un seguimiento medio de tres años y medio, en las que se practicó la asociación de las técnicas de Campbell y Goldhwait con resultados subjetivos y objetivos altamente satisfactorios.
Revisamos la bibliografía exponiendo los distintos factores propuestos como predisponentes al cuadro.
Summary:
 Twelve knees correspcnding to eight patients affected of recurrent dislocation of patella have been controlled, by a mean following of three and a half years. Campbell-Goldhwait procedure was used with very satisfactory subjetive and objetive results.
After bibliography review, the different etiology factors are described.
