Resumen:
 Se estudian 75 casos de tuberculosis vertebral, en el 98 ,5 por 1OO, la lesión era ósea paradiscal con estrechamiento radiográfico del disco vertebral de afectación de las carillas articulares vecinas. Si bien el diagnóstico radiográfico parece evidente, los autores hacen consideraciones sobre las otras lesiones infecciosas vertebrales que pueden dar signos radiográficos sirnilares.

In 98'5 % the bone lesions were yuxtadyscal with narrowing of the intervertebral space and affection of the neighbouring articular faceto
Although the diagnosis was obvious, the authors consider other spine infe'ctions with similar radiographic signs.
