En 100 casos operados de hernia discal (1970-1972), los autores estudian la movilidad de la columna lumbar post-óperatoria utilizando el método radiográfico de HANLEY y MATTERT (1975), comprobando que la discectomÍa disminuye de manera constante la movilidad, tanto total como en cada unidad vertebral. Los autores consideran los distintos factores que pueden influir en el estado previo del raquis: espondilosis, malformaciones congénitas, etc., tipo de abordaje, número de espacios vertebrales explorados, etc. Obtienen la conclusión estadística de que la movilidad es significativamente menor cuando los resultados son satisfactorios. |
Summary: |
100 cases operated of dyséal hernia along the period 1970/72 were studied in order to test the residual mobility of the lumbar spine, using the radiographic method describeb by HANLEY and MATTERT (1975). In aH cases the discectomy decreased the mobility of the lumbar spine area and also of the intervertebral space. The authors consider aH lumber spine factos previously to operation: Spondylosis, congenital deformities, and so on., as weH as the surgical approach, number of explored spaces, etc. The statistical conclusion shows the significative dicrease of the mobility when the results were satisfactory. |
