Resumen:
 Se aportan 16 pacientes, total 20 caderas, 14 con necrosis isquémica y 6 con coxartrosis, que fueron tratadas por «tunelización» del cuello del fémur.
Los autores consideran sus indicaciones y aportan una modificación a la técnica quirurglca.
Summary:
 16 patients, total 20 hips, 14 of them affected of idiopathic necrosis of the head of femur and 6 osteoarthritis, treated surldcally by the «tunnelling» method of the neck of femur, are reported. The indications are considered and a personal modification of the surgical method is described.
