 Los autores analizan un caso de granuloma eosinófilo solitario localizado en la epífisis proximal del fémur derecho de un joven varón de 20 años, asociado a una insuficiencia suprarrenal crónica. Asimismo, efectúan un diagnóstico diferencial clínico-radiológico de las lesiones tumorales que pueden aparecer a ese nivel.
Summary:
 The authors analyse a case of solitary eosinophilic granuloma located at the proximal epiphysis of a twenty years old young man''s femur associated cronic insufficiency suprarenal.
In the same way they carry out a clinic-radiological diagnosis of the tumoral injuries that can appear at that level.
