Resumen:
 El condroblastoma del hueso se concibe como una neoplasia benigna.
El tumor se origina en el interior de la extremidad epifisar1a de un hueso largo de una
extremidad. Las localizaciones predilectas son el fémur, tibia y húmero.
Se desarrolla sobre todo en pacientes jóvenes, entre los 15 y .25 años, predominantemente
en varones.
La clave para su diagnóstico anatomo-patológico, es la presencia de zonas focales de
calcificación.
El curetaje y el posterior relleno con esponjosa es el tratamiento que conduce a la curación.
Conviene destacar que algunos casos recidivan, como el caso que nos ocupa.
Summary:
 The chondroblastoma of the bone is conceived as a bening neoplasia.
The tumour is origined in the interior of the epiphysiarial extremity long bone. The favourite localizations are the femur, the tibia and the humerus.
It specially expands in young patiens, between 15 and 25 years oíd, predominantly
among males.
The clue for its diagnosis pathologist is the presence of focal zones of calcifications.
The curettage and posterior re-filling with spongy is the treatment that might lead to a
complete healing.
It is important to point out that some cases may relapse, as the one that we are now
attending.
