Resumen: |
Se han estudiado los centros instantáneos de giro en el plano sagital en 22 tobillos normales, procedentes de amputaciones, y tras la sección parcial y completa del ligamento lateral interno. En los tobillos normales, los centros instantáneos de giro se encuentran dentro del cuerpo del astrágalo. Tras la sección simple o compleja de los ligamentos que componen el ligamento lateral interno, no se obtuvieron cambios significativos. Tras la sección completa se produjo un aumento del área de distribución, y algunos de ellos se desplazan fuera del cuerpo del astrágalo. |
Summary: |
The instant center of rotation in the sagital plane, has been studied in twenty two amputated ankles, and again after partial and total cutting of the medial collateral Iigamento The instant center of rotation are localised in the body of the talus in the normal ankle. No significative change was found after cutting of the components of the medial collateral Iigament. An increment of the area of distribution was obtained when the whole medialcollateral Iigament was severed. |
