Resumen:
 Se presenta un estudio en conjunto de la osteopatía dinámica del pubis y de los resultados
obtenidos en el tratamiento quirúrgico de 50 pacientes por una técnica fundada en
su concepción etiopatogénica de este síndrome y los hallazgos anatomopatológicos, consistente
en reforzar los músculos de la pared abdominal que se insertan en el pubis combinado
con una tenotomía de los adductores y perforaciones en el hueso pubis.
Summary:
 A comprehensive study of the Pubic dynamic Osteopathy is reported as well as its pathogenic
interpretation, and the surgical treatment followed by a technique of strengthening
of the abdominal wall muscles and adductor tenotony with bone drilling of the os pubis.
