Revisión de 71 fracturas distales de fémur según técnica A. O., se incluyen como tales fracturas los 12 cm. inferiores del fémur, siendo el tiempo medio de la operación a revisión de tres años y medio. Las fracturas son divididas según la clasificación de la A. O., dentro de tres tipos básicos y un total de veintisiete subtipos, la cual está basada en la altura de la fractura, zona afectada y en laconminución. Fueron revisados clínica y radiográficamente 54 fracturas atendiendo a los parámetros, dolor. movilidad, deformidad, y .opinión subjetiva del enfermo. Los resultados obtenidos, primeramente se consideran globalmente y luego desmenuzados, según el tipo de fractura en la clasificación apuntada. |
Summary: |
A check of 71 lower femur fractures by the AO technique, including among tbese fractures those 12 cm. below the femur. The average time from the operation untn the check was 3 1/2 years. The fractures are divided according to the AO classification witbin 3 basic types and a total 27 subtypes, this classification being based upon the heigbt of the fracture, the part affected and upon the comminution. 54 fractures were checked clinically and radiographically considering the parameters, pain, movility, deformity and the patient's own opinion. The results so obtained were considered first globally and then individually according to the type of fractures in the given classification. |
