Resumen: |
Son presentadas 8 subluxaciones y 29 luxaciones acromioclaviculares con una evolución media de cinco años. Se realizó un estudio radiográfico y clínico. Las anomalías radiográficas fueron constantes. Las secuelas más frecuentes fueron la deformidad y el dolor. La movilidad se halló limitada rara vez. El pronóstico suele ser excelente. En lesiones agudas se recomienda el tratamiento conservador, especialmente en pacientes de edad y no deportistas, y, en luxaciones antiguas sintomáticas se aconseja la extirpación del extremo distal clavicular. |
Summary: |
An analysis was performed of 37 aeromioelavieular joint injuries, 8 subluxations and 29 díslocations. with an average follow-up period of 5 years. A roentgenographie and elinie study has been realized. Roentgenographie alterations were eonstant. Deformity and slight pain were frequent eomplieations. In most cases, normal range of shoulder motíon was eonserved. In general, the prognosis is exeellent. In fresh injuries, eonservative treatment is advised, espeeially for no young and no athlete patients. For symptomatie old dislocation of the aeromioclavicular joint, excision of the outer end of the clavicle is recomended. |
