Resumen:
 Hemos utilizado un colgajo a partir del gemelo interno para cubrir defectos cutáneos
a nivel de tercio superior de tibia. Exponemos la técnica utilizada y nuestra experiencia
basada en doce casos (siete fracturas abiertas y cinco fistulas postosteomielitis). En todos
hubo un resultado estético y funcional altamente satisfactorio.
Summary:
 We have used the medial gastrocnemius muscle flap to cover cutaneous defects of proximal
third of the tibia. The results are very successful in twelve patients.
