En esta primera parte de este trabajo el autor recoge la evolución histórica de la sutura arterial y de la microcirugía, la histofisiopatología de la íntima arterial y la fisiopatología de las oclusiones microvasculares, el proceso de cicatrización de la íntima, la técnica microquirúrgica de la disección de la arteria aorta de la rata, la preparación de la misma para la sutura microquirúrgica de su arteriotomía, sus distintos tiempos técnicos, los cuidados para prevenir la trombosis a nivel de la anastomosis y finalmente la evolución de las aplicaciones de la microcirugía vascular en Traumatología y Ortopedia. Constituye un estudio bibliográfico ordenado y completo cuyas referencias se recogen al final de la segunda parte experimental de este trabajo. |
Summary: |
In the first part of this paper the author reports the historical development of the arterial suture, its microsurgery, histology of the intimae arteria, the pathology of the mierovascular intraluminal oelusion, and the intimae repairing following with the mierosurgery teehnique of the exposure of the aortae artery of the rat, to perform its mierosurgery suture and the teehnieal details as well as the thrombosis prevention on the anastomosis sité. Todays applieation of mierovaseular reeonstructive surgery in Traumatology and Orthopaedies is reported. The available bibliograpby is eollected on the 2nd part of the paper. |
