Resumen:
 Los autores describen un caso de una mujer de 21 años con un defecto óseo diagnosticado
de perinodactilia. para su reparación utilizaron la sustitución del defecto óseo por
un molde que reproduce el esqueleto de la falange fabricado con cemento. El resultado a
los dos años mostró una buena tolerancia biológica y funcional de la mano.
Summary:
 A congenital malformation of the phalage of the thumb in a 21 years-old woman is
reported. The defect was repaired by a piece of acrilic cement molded as an anatomic phalangeal
model. The biological and functional results were satisfactory two years after operation.
