Se revisan 18 casos de fracturas-luxaciones tarsomctatarsianas en el período 1970-1982. valorando los resultados tardíos obtenidos v analizándolos en relación con el tipo lesional y la calidad de la reducción inmediata. |
Summary: |
Dislocation of the tarsornetatarsal joint is an uncommon injury, 18 cases are reviewcd during the period 1970-1982 in order to consider the late results. It is concluted that anatomical reduction is important achieved if necessary by operation and internal fixation. |
