Resumen:
 Los autores aportan un caso de Síndrome Trico-Rino-Falángico familiar, diferenciando
los dos tipos de presentación y planteando un Diagnóstico Diferencial de las Epífisis
en Cono y de la «Osteocondritis» de caderas. Es de destacar la afectación bilateral de las
caderas, aspecto no encontrado en la bibliografía revisada.
Se hace una amplia revisión bibliográfica de este síndrome, de rara publicación en
nuestra especialidad.
Summary:
 A case of Familiar Tricho-Rhino-Phalangeal Syndrome is reported. There are sorne
differences between the two types, with a differential diagnosis of the cone-shaped epiphyses
and that of the hip osteochondritis. The bilateral affectation of both hips has not been
found in the reviewed bibliography.
