Se estudia la superficie de contacto en el tobillo intacto y posición neutra, que soporta 35 Kg. de peso, por medio de colorantes, y tras la sección de los ligamentos de la sindesmosis tibio-peronea, obteniendo una disminución de estas superficies en los tres compartimentos. Esto puede ser importante para el tratamiento de las fracturas del tobillo. |
Summary: |
The contact areas on the articular surface of a normal ankle in neutral position under a 35 Kgs. load is studied using dying. After the section of the syndesmosis tibiofibular ligaments, the contact areas of the three compartiments were smaller, therefore it is an interesting fact in the treatment of the ankle fractures. |
