Resumen:
 Los autores revisan desde un punto de vista mecánico-físico y clínico 100 casos de
fracturas pertrocantéreas, sobre un total de 208 operados en los últimos cinco años.
Se hace especial mención del concepto de estabilidad peroperatoria, colocación de los
clavos a nivel cefálico y observaciones operatorias.
Summary:
 In the past five years we have operated 208 pertrocanterea fracture of hips using
ENDER''s nailing. The last 100 cases are reviewed making ernphasis in sorne technical, clinical
and statistical aspects of the fractures and the biornechanical particularities of the
nailing.
