Se han revisado veinticinco prótesis totales de rodilla G.B.S., que han sido realizadas durante el periodo comprendido entre 1979 y 1984, siendo sus resultados francamente satisfactorios, y pensando que en el tratamiento de las artrosis graves de rodilla es una técnica a tener en cuenta, ya que cumple las funciones de aliviar el dolor y corregir los ejes deformados de estas rodillas, al tiempo que le permite al paciente realizar una vida suficiente para sus necesidades cotidianas. |

It has been reviewed of 25 total prothesis of the knee, they were based on the G.S.B. model, which have been made during the period which goes from 1979 to 1984, being their results really satisfactory, we thick thata this is a technique which must be taking into account in the treatment of those grave ostreoarthritis of the knee, due to the fact that if fulfills the function of relieving the pain and that of correcting the disforted axes of these knees, and at the same time it alJows to the patient to fulfilJ a normal Jife according to his dayly Iife necessities. |
