Resumen:
 Se describe un caso de fractura por stress del peroné derecho de una muchacha de 15 años cuya imagen radiográfica inicial simulaba un proceso tumoral osteoblástico.
Se hace hincapié sobre el valor de scintografía para su diagnóstico precoz de la fractura antes de la imagen radiográfica.
Summary:
 A case of fracture from stress in the right fibula of a fifteen-year old birl is reported.
The X-Ray film is deceiving about the appearance of a bone tumor.
Diagnosis by the scanner sol ves all doubts.
